本文从理论和实践角度出发,系统的阐述了文化共享工程近年来发展中出现的一系列关键问题。结合自身实际工作经验,提出了进一步推动全国文化信息资源共享工程的措施建议。认为可以从五个方面着力解决,即明确工程自身定位和发展目标,形成良性的发展机制;提高工程管理质量,强化技术支撑体系和优化资源建设、配置;加强整合基础设施建设;加强队伍建设和全民信息化培养;在保证国家财政投入的前提下,引入新的投资主体。 Based on the theory and practice, this paper systematically expounds a series of key issues that emerged in the development of cultural sharing projects in recent years. Combined with their own practical work experience, put forward measures to further promote the national cultural information resources sharing project proposals. We think that we can make efforts to solve it in five aspects: defining the project’s own positioning and development goals and forming a benign development mechanism; improving the quality of project management, strengthening the technical support system and optimizing the construction and allocation of resources; strengthening the integration of infrastructure construction; strengthening team building and Information of all people training; in ensuring the state’s financial investment under the premise of the introduction of new investors.
