领导与秘书关系构筑是影响管理活动效果的重要因素。传统的领导与秘书关系研究,大多从秘书角度出发,阐述秘书如何与领导相处,忽视了领导作为管理主体在管理过程中的主导地位。实际上领导的管理理念和管理方式都会影响秘书工作的状态。囿于秘书职能的服从性和单维的沟通方式,出现了秘书工作的局限性和消极性。而人性假设的哲学视角为消除领导与秘书“命令”与“服从”观,目的的合理性和手段的合理性共同激励着员工的工作积极性。构建新型的领导与秘书关系提供了全新的理论纬度,对秘书职业的发展有着重要的意义。
The relationship between leadership and secretary is an important factor that affects the effectiveness of management activities. The traditional research on the relationship between leaders and secretaries, mostly from the perspective of the secretary, elaborates how the secretary gets along with the leaders and neglects the leader’s leading position as the manager in the management process. In fact the leadership of the management philosophy and management methods will affect the status of secretary work. Due to the obedience and one-dimensional communication style of the secretarial function, the limitation and negativity of the secretarial work appeared. The philosophical perspective of the hypothesis of human nature to motivate staff enthusiasm for the elimination of the leadership and secretary “command ” and “obedience ” view, the rationality of purpose and the rationality of means. Constructing a new type of relationship between leaders and secretaries provides a brand new theoretical latitude and is of great significance to the development of secretarial career.
