建筑工程预算的的管理是个复杂的过程,首先预算的编制必须遵循相关规范和定额标准,投标和造价控制打下良好的基础。具体来说需要综合考虑多方面的因素,要熟悉施工图,了解建设条件,掌握基础资料,正确引用规定的定额、取费标准、材料及设备价格,严格执行国家的方针、政策和有关制度,这样才能编制出科学、合理的概预算文件。文章根据建筑工程预算工作,提出了建筑工程预算当中影响预算准确性的几个问题,提出了解决问题的操作性较强的可行办法。
