目的:探讨盐酸纳美芬对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)脑损伤的改善作用。方法:选择49例HIE新生儿,随机分为观察组(常规治疗联合盐酸纳美芬治疗)25例和对照组(常规治疗)24例,观察脑损伤相关指标——神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、肾上腺髓质素(ADM)及脑型肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-BB)的改善情况。结果:治疗3 d后,两组患儿血浆NSE、ADM及CKBB水平均显著下降(P均<0.01),且观察组血浆NSE、ADM及CK-BB水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:盐酸纳美芬对Hl E具有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of nalmefene hydrochloride on brain injury in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: Forty-nine neonates with HIE were selected and randomly divided into observation group (nalmefene hydrochloride treatment group) and control group (n = 25), and control group (n = 24). The levels of neuron specific enolase (NSE), adrenomedullin (ADM) and cerebral creatine kinase (CK-BB). Results: After 3 days of treatment, the levels of plasma NSE, ADM and CKBB in both groups were significantly decreased (all P <0.01), and the levels of NSE, ADM and CK-BB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ). Conclusion: Nalmefene hydrochloride has a protective effect on Hl E.
