系统性血管炎是一组原因不明的、以非感染性炎症和坏死性血管炎为基本病理改变的结缔组织疾病.因大多数血管炎在发病早期,临床表现不典型,且缺乏特异血清学指标,因此,影像学检查在早期诊断表现出一定的重要性.目前该疾病的诊断及病情评估仍存在困难和挑战.近年来,随着影像技术飞跃发展,更多敏感的影像学技术被用于血管炎的相关检查中,为系统性血管炎的疾病诊断、疾病的活动评估及预后评估方面提供重要线索.本文对系统性血管炎的影像学检查的相关研究进行综述.“,”Systemic vasculitis is a group of undetermined, noninfectious necrotizing vasculitis inflamation as the basic patho-logical changes of connective tissue disease. Because in early onset of most vasculitis, clinical manifestation is not typical, and lack of specific serological indexes,therefore,imaging examinations show the importance in early diagnosis. The diagnosis of the diseases and condition assessment still exist difficulties and challenges. In recent years,with the development of video technology leap,more sensitive imaging technique is used in inspection of vasculitis,and provides important clues in systemic vasculitis dis-eases diagnosis,diseases activity evaluation and prognosis evaluation. In this paper,the imaging examination of systemic vasculi-tis of related research is summarized.
