超声辅助溶剂法提取黑种草子总皂苷含量测定及工艺研究

采用超声辅助溶剂法提取黑种草籽总皂苷,再以黑种草籽总皂苷含量为标准,研究超声温度,超声功率,超声时间对总皂苷含量的影响.选用L9(33)正交表进行正交试验,确定黑种草籽总皂苷超声提取的最佳工艺条件为:超声温度70℃.超声功率80%,超声时间50min.验证试验测得瘤果黑种草籽总皂苷含量为5.65%.
