一直以来,班集体建设是班级管理的一项重要工作。班集体是学校根据教育和管理的需要而组织起来的基层集体,是学生置身其间学习和生活的环境。一个功能健全的班集体,不仅能够促进学生身心健康发展,而且直接影响学生的学习兴趣、学习态度和学习结果。于2016年9月份开始做16级会计中专2班的班主任,在这大半年的时间里,通过各种思考和努力,最终化解了班内的种种矛盾,使所带班级成长为一个团结向上,积极进取的大家庭。将用三个案例来谈一谈自己在集体意识培养过程中的所做所思所想。
All along, class collective construction is an important task of class management. Class collective is a grass-roots collective organized by schools according to the needs of education and management. It is an environment in which students live and study. In September 2016, he started to be the head teacher of 16 classes of accounting secondary school in September 2016.
