目的 :了解蚊虫对常用杀虫剂抗药性发展趋势。方法 :在济宁市区采集淡色库蚊 ,采用区分剂量法和WHO浸渍法测定每种杀虫剂致蚊虫的死亡率和半数致死浓度 (LC50 ) ,并计算抗性指数。结果 :淡色库蚊对DDVP和溴氰菊酯抗药性较强 ,DDVP抗性指数由 8.30倍上升到 2 0 .63倍 ,溴氰菊酯波动在 13.0 9~ 44.2 1倍之间 ,对DDT由 1.11倍上升到 11.5 3倍 ,对马拉硫磷由 1.76倍上升到 6.16倍 ,氯菊酯在 3.0 4~ 5 .40倍之间。结论 :淡色库蚊对常用化学杀虫剂均产生不同程度的抗药性 ,在现场应用中应科学合理地选用杀虫剂。
Objective: To understand the trend of mosquito resistance to commonly used insecticides. Methods: Culex pipiens pallens were collected in urban area of Jining City. The mortality and the lethal concentration (LC50) of each insecticide induced mosquitoes were determined by Dosage and WHO method. The resistance index was calculated. RESULTS: Culex pipiens pallens resistance to DDVP and deltamethrin was strong, DDVP resistance index increased from 8.30 times to 20.63 times, deltamethrin fluctuated between 13.0 9 ~ 44.2 times, 1.11 times to 11.5 3 times, malathion increased from 1.76 times to 6.16 times, permethrin 3.0 4 ~ 5.40 times. Conclusion: Culex pipiens pallens have different degrees of resistance to common chemical insecticides, and insecticides should be scientifically and reasonably selected in field applications.
