目的:观察保肝解毒颗粒对雷公藤多苷致急性肝损伤小鼠肝组织病理形态学的影响。方法:60只小鼠随机分为6组,分别以相应剂量药物灌胃5天,再以雷公藤多苷灌胃造模,制备病理切片,光镜下观察,并对肝细胞变性情况进行半定量分析。结果:模型组肝细胞出现不同程度变性和凋亡细胞等病理改变,保肝解毒颗粒大、中剂量组脂肪变性较轻、肝窦稍有变窄。半定量分析结果表明,模型组肝细胞变性程度严重,与空白组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);保肝解毒颗粒各剂量组肝细胞变性程度均有所改善,尤以大、中剂量组效果最佳,与模型组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),与空白组比较则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保肝解毒颗粒具有良好的保肝作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Baogan Jiedu Granules on the pathomorphology of liver tissue in mice with acute liver injury induced by Tripterygium glycosides. METHODS: Sixty mice were randomly divided into 6 groups and were given intragastric administration of the corresponding doses of the drug for 5 days. The rats were then intragastrically modeled with Tripterygium glycosides to prepare pathological sections, observed under a light microscope, and hepatocyte degeneration was performed in half. Quantitative analysis. RESULTS: Hepatocytes of the model group showed pathological changes such as degeneration and apoptotic cells in different degrees. The hepatic sinusoids in the large and medium-dose granules of hepatoprotective detoxification granules had lighter steatosis and slightly narrowed sinusoids. The results of semi-quantitative analysis showed that the degree of degeneration of hepatocytes in the model group was severe, and there was a statistical difference compared with the blank group (P<0.05). The degree of degeneration of hepatocytes in each dose group of Baogan Jiedu Granules was improved, especially in large and medium doses. The best effect of the group was statistically significant compared with the model group (P<0.05). Compared with the blank group, there was no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: Baogan Jiedu Granules have good liver protection.
