高职烹调工艺与营养专业产教深度融合,是培养餐饮业高素质劳动者和技能型人才的根本途径。阐述高职烹调工艺与营养专业产教结合存在的问题,并结合实际情况,实施“产教结合”培养烹调工艺与营养专业技能型人才的实践教学途径及方法。
The integration of higher vocational cooking technology and nutrition education in production and education is the fundamental way to cultivate high-quality laborers and skilled personnel in the catering industry. Elaborating the problems existing in the combination of production and teaching of high-grade cooking process and nutrition specialty, and combining with the actual situation, the practice teaching ways and methods of cultivating specialized skills of cooking process and nutrition specialty are implemented.
