中央人民政府政務院已發佈關於高等學校領導關係的决定,中央教育部提請政務院批准發佈的關於實施高等學校課程改革的决定及其他三個文件。這是我國高等教育建設上的一件大事。這些文件對於改革舊的高等教育,發展新民主主義的教育,整頓我們的學風,具有重要的意義。這些文件根據人民政協共同綱領第五章所规定的文教政策和國家建設的實際需要,並照顧各地高等學校的具體情况,確定了高等教育的方針和任務,確定了高等學校領導關係、課程改革等項原則,將在全國範圍內加以實施。從此,全國高等教育工作者有了共同努力的明確方向和目標,可以脚踏實地穩步前進了。解放以來,由於客觀形勢的要求和高等教育工作者的努力,不少高等學校在教學内容和教學方法上進行了初步的改革,取得了一定的成績,但仍不能滿足國家建設的迫切需要。固然,教育的內容是屬於思想意識的範 The Central People’s Government’s State Council has released its decision on leadership relations in higher education institutions.
