研究了维生素B2经人体代谢后排放到尿样中的情况.服维生素B2片剂50 mg,收集服药后1、2、4、6、8 h后的尿样.服药尿样经固相萃取后,采用高效液相色谱法检测服用后尿样中维生素B2的含量.以乙腈/醋酸胺缓冲液(0.01 mol/L)为流动相,检测波长267 nm.该法具有样品预处理简单、灵敏度高、分析时间短等优点,成功应用于人体尿样中维生素B2的直接测定,加标回收率在91.2%~96.7%之间.
Vitamin B2 was metabolized and discharged into urine samples.Using vitamin B2 tablets 50 mg, urine samples were collected after 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 h after taking the medicine.Used urine samples were extracted by solid-phase extraction , The contents of vitamin B2 in urine samples were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The detection wavelength was 267 nm with acetonitrile / acetic acid amine buffer solution (0.01 mol / L) as mobile phase.This method has the advantages of simple sample pretreatment, high sensitivity , Analysis time is short, etc., successfully applied to the direct determination of vitamin B2 in human urine samples, the spiked recoveries ranged from 91.2% to 96.7%.
