【摘 要】 裂缝是大体积混凝土施工中常见的技术难题，也是工程质量控制的重要内容，本文以马山埠船闸工程闸室侧墙施工后局部出现裂缝为例， 对钢筋混凝土侧墙产生裂缝的原因进行归纳分析，提出了预防和处理措施。

　　Abstract： Cracks are common technical problems in large volume concrete construction， also is the important content of engineering quality control， based on the lock chamber side wall of mashan port lock engineering construction after partial cracks， for example， the reason of crack on the side of reinforced concrete are summarized analysis， prevention and treatment measures are put forward.

　　马山埠船闸墙体闸室墙体净高为12.4 m，墙顶部宽度为0.5 m，底部宽度为2.0 m，伸缩缝间距为15 m，属大体积混凝土，根据工程特点，运用裂缝控制理论计算的方法，得出裂缝产生原因是由于结构长度影响所致，为下一步裂缝处理提供理论依据，同时也为类似工程提供借鉴。
