故障现象组合仪表提示加注发动机冷却液。故障诊断接车后检查发现,发动机冷却液液位确实偏低,补充发动机冷却液后试车,故障消失,推断冷却系统存在泄漏。检查冷却系统外观,没有发现泄漏痕迹。用水压表测试冷却系统压力,施加1.4 bar(1 bar=100 k Pa)的压力,10 min后稳定在1.3 bar左右,此时再次检查冷却系统,依旧没有泄漏现象。反复试车发现,在热机熄火的情况下,缓慢打开膨胀箱盖,发动机冷却液会大量涌出,由此推

Check the cooling system appearance, did not find any signs of leakage. Test the pressure of the cooling system with a hydrostatic pressure gauge, apply a pressure of 1.4 bar (1 bar = 100 kPa) and stabilize at about 1.3 bar after 10 min.
