索穹顶结构是本世纪八十年代美国工程师 Geiger运用 Fuller的张拉整体概念而开发的一种实用大跨空间结构体系,与传统结构分析不同的是索穹顶的成形分析是个关键。本文针对上述问题,提出了施工控制反分析法,从而确定各个阶段的理想施工状态参数 (包括索力和标高 ),此时结构不仅满足自平衡要求,且按此状态施工,可以达到理想的设计形态。这一方法力学概念清晰,计算简便,通过对一些典型索穹顶结构的施工控制模拟计算,证明其结果符合实际工程要求。
Cable dome structure is a kind of practical long-span space structure system developed by American engineer Geiger in the 1980s with Fuller’s tensioning overall concept. Unlike the traditional structural analysis, the forming analysis of cable dome is the key. In this paper, we propose a construction control back analysis method to determine the ideal construction state parameters (including cable force and elevation) in each phase. In this case, the structure not only meets the requirements of self-balancing, but also can achieve the ideal design form. The concept of mechanics of this method is clear and the calculation is simple. Through the simulation calculation of construction control of some typical cable domes, the result is in line with the actual engineering requirements.
