本文根据碱法炼铅新工艺中铅的纯度很高的特点,于pH=2—5的硝酸-乙酸铵介质中,用钼酸铵直接滴定硝酸铅,在导数示波极谱仪上借铅波消失来指示终点。试验了pH、硝酸、乙酸铵、阿拉伯树胶对滴定终点的影响,选定了最宜的滴定条件。在选定的条件下,滴定终点明晰,60—100毫克铅与钼酸铵消耗量成正比关系。方法简单、快速,相对标准偏差在0.2%以内。共存的少量杂质无干扰。
Based on the high purity of lead in the new lead smelting process, titration of lead nitrate with ammonium molybdate directly in nitric acid - ammonium acetate solution at pH = 2-5, leaching by lead in oscilloscope The wave disappears to indicate the end.
