目的为了解馆陶县食品行业从业人员HBsAg携带情况,加强食品卫生工作的管理,提出相应预防措施,从而有效查出乙型肝炎在人群中的流行,切实保障人民群众的身体健康和生命安全。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对食品从业人员进行血清HBsAg检测。结果 2006~2008年共检测4482人,HBsAg阳性332人,阳性率为7.41%。2006~2008年食品从业人员HBsAg阳性率分别为9.02%、7.69%、5.88%。2006~2008年县城与乡镇的食品从业人员HBsAg阳性率平均为4.43%、8.92%。结论 2006~2008年不同年份间阳性率有统计学差异(χ2=11.08 P<0.01)2001~2003年HBsAg阳性率呈下降趋势;不同地方HBsAg阳性率县城低于乡镇。
Objective To understand the situation of HBsAg carriers in the food industry in Guantao County and to strengthen the management of food hygiene and put forward corresponding preventive measures to effectively detect the prevalence of hepatitis B in the population and effectively protect the health and safety of the public. Methods Serum HBsAg was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results A total of 4482 people were detected in 2006 ~ 2008, 332 were HBsAg positive, the positive rate was 7.41%. The HBsAg positive rates of food workers from 2006 to 2008 were 9.02%, 7.69% and 5.88% respectively. From 2006 to 2008, the average HBsAg positive rate of food workers in county towns and townships was 4.43% and 8.92% respectively. Conclusions The positive rates of HBsAg in different years from 2006 to 2008 were statistically different (χ2 = 11.08 P <0.01). The positive rates of HBsAg in 2001-2003 showed a decreasing trend. The HBsAg positive rates in different places were lower than those in townships.
