目的:对胡椒科植物荜茇Piper longum的化学成分进行研究。方法:荜茇用95%乙醇提取,依次用石油醚、三氯甲烷、正丁醇萃取,对三氯甲烷萃取部分采用各种柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析(MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果:从三氯甲烷萃取部分分离鉴定了13个化合物,其中6个酰胺类生物碱,3个倍半萜,4个其他类化合物。分别鉴定为:1-(3′,4′-methylenedioxyphenyl)-1E-tetradecene(1),3-(3′,4′-methylenedioxophenyl)-propenal(2),胡椒酸(piperoic acid,3),3′,4′-dihydroxy-biabola-1,10-diene(4),eudesm-4(15)-ene-1β,6α-diol(5),7-epi-eudesm-4(15)-ene-1′,6β-diol(6),几内亚胡椒胺(guineesine,7),胡椒碱(piperine,8),胡椒酰胺(pipericide,9),2E,4E-dienamide(10),(2E,4E,8E)-N-isobutylhenicosa-2,4,8-trienamide(11),荜茇眀碱(piperlonguminine,12),胡椒酸甲酯(methyl piperate,13)。结论:其中化合物1~6为首次从荜茇中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of pepper plant Piper longum. Methods: The extract of 95% ethanol was extracted with petroleum ether, chloroform and n-butanol. The fractions of chloroform were separated and purified by various column chromatographies. The spectral data (MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR). Results: Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified from the extraction of trichloromethane. Among them, six were amide alkaloids, three sesquiterpenoids and four other compounds. Were identified as 1- (3 ’, 4’-methylenedioxyphenyl) -1E-tetradecene (1), 3- (3’, 4’-methylenedioxophenyl) -propenal (2), piperoic acid Eudesm-4 (15) -ene-1β, 6α-diol (5), 7-epi-eudesm-4 (15) -ene-1 (2E, 4E, 8E), 6β-diol (6), guineesine (7), piperine (8), pipericide (9), 2E, -N-isobutylhenicosa-2,4,8-trienamide (11), piperlonguminine (12), methyl piperate (13). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 ~ 6 were isolated from iguana for the first time.
