涂层保护是最常见的防腐手段,金属——涂层复合体系的腐蚀行为早就为人们所关注。但在七十年代以前,用电化学技术评定金属——涂层系统是一件比较困难的事情,因为直流电化学技术对此几乎无能为力。近十多年来,一些科学工作者开始把交流阻抗技术应用于这一系统的研究,探讨不同的金属表面前处理程序对涂层抗渗性能的影响,不同的添加物质对涂层内聚力以及和基底粘着力的影响,膜下腐蚀情况,涂层——金属系统的寿命等多方面的问题,并取得了较大的进展。
Coating protection is the most common anti-corrosion means, the metal-coating composite corrosion behavior has long been of concern. However, by the 1970s, the electrochemical evaluation of the metal-coating system was a difficult task, since DC chemistry was almost powerless. In the past ten years, some scientists started to apply AC impedance technology to this system to investigate the influence of different pre-treatment procedures on impermeability of coatings. The effects of different additives on coating cohesion and Substrate adhesion, membrane corrosion, coating - the life of the metal system and many other issues, and made great progress.
