使内燃(电传动)、电力机车牵引电动机能可靠地工作,实现一个架修期内(一般为30万公里)不用维修,是运用部门与设计部门的共同愿望。这个目标对刷架装置提出了严格的要求。主要有下面四点: (1)加在电刷上的压力,对于不同的运行工况都要适当,且没有影响电刷活动的水平分力。 (2)电刷上压力应随电刷长度增长而增大。 (3)刷架装置的固有频率应高于由外界因素在电机上引起的常发振动频率范围。
