改进了现有的基于强度调制型移相的微波光量化方案,新方案简化了系统结构,小再需要互补输出的强度调制器,显著提高了工作带宽,并进行了实验验证。新方案采用双路强度调制进行采样,通过调节2个可调光衰减器,对2路采样信号进行非相干叠加来实现系统中传输特性曲线的相移。实验演示了8通道(16个量化等级)的移相光量化系统,用20GHz重复频率的光脉冲对2.5 GHz的正弦信号进行量化,从量化值可以得到较好的正弦拟合曲线,证明了方案的可行性。
The existing microwave light quantization scheme based on intensity modulated phase shifting is improved. The new scheme simplifies the system structure and requires an intensity modulator with complementary output, which obviously increases the working bandwidth and verifies the experimentally. The new scheme uses two-way intensity modulation for sampling. By adjusting two tunable optical attenuators, the two sampling signals are non-coherently superposed to realize the phase shift of the transmission characteristic curve in the system. The experiment demonstrated 8-channel (16 quantization level) phase-shifting light-quantization system. The 2.5 GHz sinusoidal signal was quantified by light pulse of 20 GHz repetition rate, and a good sinusoidal fitting curve was obtained from the quantization value. Feasibility.
