实验材料为3份大麦抗黄花叶病毒病材料,1份大麦感黄花叶病毒病材料和由这3份抗黄花叶病毒病材料与感黄花叶病毒病材料杂交所产生的3份杂交一代材料。它们在本实验条件下的花药离体培养反应表明:抗性材料的花药离体培养反应较差,感性材料的花药离体培养反应较好,当感性材科与抗性材枓杂交后,它们所产生的杂交一代的花药离体培养反应可以得到改善。
The experimental materials were 3 parts of barley anti-yellow mosaic virus disease material, 1 barley yellow mosaic virus disease material and 3 hybrid generation materials produced by crossing these 3 pieces of anti-yellow mosaic virus material with yellow mosaic virus disease material. The results of in vitro culture of anthers under the experimental conditions showed that the anther culture of the resistant materials was poor in vitro, and the response of the anther to the anther culture was better. When the sensory materials were crossed with the resistant material, The resulting anther in vitro culture reaction can be improved.
