北京地铁6号线西延工程苹果园南路站采用PBA工法施工,该车站站体均处于圆砾卵石层,在施工中需近距离平行下穿一级风险源——φ1000污水管(渗漏严重),针对以上难点,通过苹果园南路站的工程实践,分析给出了关键技术,主要包括:(1)深入分析砂卵石地层的特性,将暗挖“十八字方针”深入应用的PBA工法施工的各道工序之中,明确各道工序的控制要点,确保了控制目标的实现;(2)根据上下导洞开挖位置与风险源位置的距离差异,科学的选择不同的地层超前预加固措施,既有效地保证了下导洞施工的快速推进,又保证了上导洞施工的安全稳定;(3)采用合理的坍塌应急处理措施,对开挖过程中的局部超挖进行严格处理,确保了暗挖施工的整体安全。
