目的:研究人工种植山慈菇的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,薄层色谱比较及波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:从山慈菇乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分中分离得到6个化合物,鉴定为异赫尔西酚(isohircinol,Ⅰ),4甲氧基菲-2,7-二醇(flavanthrinin,Ⅱ),对羟基苯乙醇(phydroxyphenylethylalcohol,Ⅲ),3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(3,4-dihydroxyphenylethylalcohol,Ⅳ),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅴ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ~Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ为首次从天然资源中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of artificially cultivated Sagittaria sagittifolia. Methods: Silica gel column chromatography was used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures were identified by thin layer chromatography and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of ethanol extract of Sagittaria trochei, identified as isohircinol (I), 4 methoxyphene-2,7-diol (flavanthrinin, II) phydroxyphenylethyl alcohol (III), 3,4-dihydroxyphenylethyl alcohol (IV), daucosterol (V), β-sitosterol (VI) . Conclusion: Compounds II-VI were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound I was isolated from natural resources for the first time.
