以多孔材料SiO2气凝胶微球为基体,吸附熔融态石蜡制备成石蜡/SiO2复合相变材料并制成复合相变涂料;将SiO2气凝胶微球制成隔热涂料,将复合相变涂料和隔热涂料交替涂覆制成涂料板,通过DSC热性能分析、Hot Disk热物性分析、隔热温控实验等手段对涂料板进行表征。结果表明:石蜡的质量分数为44.4%时,复合相变材料具有良好的定形效果;可选择不同涂覆方式达到不同的使用目的,先涂隔热涂料后涂相变涂料的涂覆方式盒子内外温差较大,能较好隔热,先涂相变涂料再涂隔热涂料的涂覆方式保温时间长,能较好保温,说明复合相变材料能通过相变材料发生相变吸收、释放热量,调控温度,具有维持温度平衡的功能。
