目的:建立红参药材及饮片中总还原糖含量测定方法及拟定含糖量限度值。方法:采用滴定法对实验室自制红参及生晒参、企业提供的未掺糖红参及生晒参、市售红参分别进行测定,并在试验基础上提出含糖量限度值。结果:总还原糖的线性范围为0.503~8.048 mg/m L(r=0.9995);平均回收率(n=6)为93.7%,RSD为1.7%。实验室自制红参平均含糖量为17%,企业提供的未掺糖红参平均含糖量为21%,自制生晒参平均含糖量为15%,企业提供的生晒参平均含糖量为20%,市售红参含糖量主要集中于20%~30%,占全部市售样品36.7%,最高值为71%,最低值为17.09%。结论:红参药材及饮片含糖量拟定限度值为不得过30%。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of total reducing sugar in red ginseng herbs and Pieces and the limit value of sugar content. Methods: Titration of raw red ginseng and raw sun-dried ginseng in laboratory was carried out by titration. The non-sugar-doped red ginseng, sun-dried ginseng and red ginseng were respectively measured in the laboratory. The limit value of sugar content was put forward on the basis of the experiment.
