在线财富管理的本质仍然是财富管理,即以客户为核心,提供有针对性的金融产品与服务,实现财富的保值增值。限于高成本,传统财富管理市场聚焦于高净值客户,而新兴技术的发展降低了交易的边际成本,使财富管理机构可以覆盖到中产阶层与普通大众。本文从立法、监管、金融机构的角度深入分析了我国当前在线财富管理行业存在的问题及其根源,并提出了相关建议。
The essence of online wealth management is still the wealth management, that is, as the core customer, to provide targeted financial products and services, to achieve the value of wealth. Due to the high cost, traditional wealth management markets focus on high net worth clients, while the development of emerging technologies reduces the marginal cost of transactions and allows wealth managers to reach the middle class and the general public. This essay deeply analyzes the existing problems and the root causes of China’s current online wealth management industry from the perspectives of legislation, supervision and financial institutions and puts forward relevant suggestions.
