NK / T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL) is a lymphoma associated with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) that is clinically highly aggressive and has poor response to conventional chemotherapy and low long-term survival. Micro RNA (mi RNA) is a kind of small RNA that can cause RNA silencing. It regulates gene expression and function after transcription and plays an important role in cell differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis. This review summarizes the role of miRNA in gene regulation of NKTCL in order to better understand the molecular abnormalities and pathogenesis of NKTCL and to help clinicians to understand more about the biological behavior of the disease and to find potential therapeutic targets.
