目的应用眼外肌显微睫状前血管分离术在治疗31例复杂和特殊类型斜视手术中的效果。方法在需行二条以上眼外肌手术时，行睫状血管分离术，保留睫状前血管，手术一次完成。结果31例随访6月～3年，未发现眼前段缺血。结论眼外肌显微睫状前血管分离术，解决了眼肌方面高难度又不能一次手术的难题。
Objective To evaluate the effect of extraocular muscle microsurgery in the treatment of 31 cases of complicated and special type strabismus. Methods In need of more than two extraocular muscle surgery, ciliary angioplasty, retaining the pre-ciliary vessels, surgery done once. Results 31 cases were followed up for 6 months to 3 years, no anterior segment ischemia was found. Conclusion Extraocular muscle micro-ciliary pre-vascular separation, to solve the eye muscle difficult and can not be a surgery problem.
