采用生物学方法检查了110例恶性血液病患者外周血单个核细胞产生肿瘤坏死因子α（TNFα）活性能力。结果表明，64例（58．2％）患者TNFα水平低于正常，5例（4．5％）患者TNFα水平高于正常，不同类型恶性血液病TNFα水平不同，TNFα水平对于预测急性白血病化疗的疗效有指导作用。
Biological activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in 110 patients with hematologic malignancies was tested for their ability to produce tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα). The results showed that the levels of TNFα in 64 patients (58.2%) were lower than those in normal patients, and the levels of TNFα in 5 patients (4.5%) were higher than those in normal patients. The levels of TNFα were different in different types of hematologic malignancies. Efficacy has a guiding role.
