目的:观察脾阳虚大鼠小肠黏膜上皮细胞形态学变化,探讨脾阳虚证胃肠功能改变的组织病理学基础,并观察温阳健脾代表方理中汤的治疗作用。方法:复合因素合利血平注射法建立脾阳虚大鼠模型;通过小肠黏膜组织石蜡切片HE染色光镜检查、透射电镜观察等方法,对造模及治疗后大鼠小肠黏膜进行组织病理学观察。结果:光镜观察未见脾阳虚大鼠小肠黏膜上皮细胞有明显病理学改变;但透射电镜下小肠黏膜上皮细胞超微结构可见明显改变:上皮细胞间隙紧密连接变宽;粗面内质网间隙增宽;线粒体肿胀,嵴断裂、减少或结构模糊,甚至空泡化。理中汤治疗后上述病变有明显改善。结论:观察到脾阳虚大鼠小肠上皮细胞内细胞器的形态改变,从一个侧面反映脾阳虚证组织病理学基础;理中汤对脾阳虚证的治疗作用机制可能与改善上述表现有关。
Objective: To observe the morphological changes of small intestinal mucosal epithelial cells in rats with spleen yang deficiency, to explore the histopathological basis of changes in gastrointestinal function of spleen yang deficiency syndrome, and observe the therapeutic effects of Wenyang Jianpi on Fanglizhongtang. METHODS: The spleen-yang deficiency rat model was established by combining the factors of Helicobacter pylori injection; HE staining, transmission electron microscopy, and other methods were used to observe the histopathology of the small intestine mucosa of rats after modeling and treatment. Observed. RESULTS: There were no obvious pathological changes in small intestinal mucosal epithelium in rats with spleen yang deficiency under light microscope. However, the ultrastructure of intestinal epithelial cells in the small intestine under TEM showed obvious changes: the tight junctions between epithelial cells became wider; the rough endoplasmic reticulum The gap is widened; mitochondria are swollen, ridges are broken, reduced or structurally blurred, and even vacuolated. After the treatment of Lizhong Decoction, the above lesions were significantly improved. Conclusion: Observing the morphology changes of organelles in small intestinal epithelial cells of rats with spleen yang deficiency, reflecting the histopathological basis of spleen Yang deficiency syndrome from one side; the therapeutic mechanism of Lizhong Decoction on spleen Yang deficiency syndrome may be related to improving the above performance.
