将DCS控制系统运用在聚氯乙烯(PVC)生产过程中,能够对聚氯乙烯的聚合过程进行自动化控制,实现了聚氯乙烯的密闭化生产,降低了企业从业人员的工作强度,有效的提高了聚氯乙烯的生产效率。本文首先介绍了DCS控制系统的工艺流程以及配置结构,又对聚合温度控制方案的软件进行了分析,通过不断的改进温度控制程序,提高了聚乙烯生产效率。
The DCS control system used in the production process of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), the process of polymerization of polyvinyl chloride can be automated control, to achieve the sealed PVC production, reduce the intensity of business practitioners, and effectively improve Polyvinyl chloride production efficiency. This paper first introduced the DCS control system of the process and configuration, and polymerization temperature control program software was analyzed through continuous improvement of temperature control program to improve the polyethylene production efficiency.
