我院自1985年5月应用654—2肌肉注射治疗百日咳,取得较好效果。现将临床资料报告如下。30例患者中,年龄最小者8个月,最大者7岁,1～2岁者居多。其中男13例,女17例。12例曾用过青、链霉素,18例用止咳中成药。来本院就诊后,全部用654—2肌注,每天两次,一岁以下者5 mg/次;1～1.5岁者6 mg/次;1.5岁以上者7 mg/次。用药2天临床治愈3例;3天临床治愈14例;4天临床治愈8例;5天临床治愈3 Our hospital since May 1985 application of 654-2 intramuscular injection treatment of whooping cough, and achieved good results.
