军民和谐共处时当代社会发展的方向所在,是新时期科学发展观的重要体现。军队源于人民,没有人民的支持和拥护就不会有军队的发展和壮大,一个国家没有军队的保护,人民也很难安居乐业。我们党的军队就是立足于为人民求解放、谋幸福的。因此,本文将从以下五个方面阐述军队建和地方社会经济发展的具体途径,如何使两者做到共存双赢,和谐发展。
