互联网在医药供应链条中展现出惊人的破坏力,对既有产业思维、商业模式以及关系模式产生了颠覆式的影响。表现在工商关系中,互联网+总体表现出两个显性特征:一是缩短了传统的供应链条,在药品生产企业和工业企业间构建起直接的通路;二是种种联结围绕消费者需求而产生,消费者在购买药品及相关产品过程中遗留的行为轨迹和心理轨迹,将因着工商关系的纽带而反馈在产品设计及销售实践中。据此,以F2B为基础架构的新型工商关系应运而生,呼唤生产企业和零食企业以此为轴心进行重新诠释和定义。
