目的：探讨综合治疗多发性鼻息肉的疗效。方法：对多发性鼻息肉７２例进行综合治疗即行鼻息肉摘除术＋筛窦开放术＋术后随诊治疗３个月。随访１～６年。结果：治愈５１例，复发２１例，治愈率为７０．８％。结论：此方法能有效地降低鼻息肉的复发率，消除鼻窦炎的症状，如多脓涕、头痛等。疗效比常规单纯鼻息肉摘除术持久。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of comprehensive treatment of multiple nasal polyps. Methods: 72 cases of multiple nasal polyps were treated by nasal polypectomy + ethmoid sinus surgery + postoperative follow-up treatment for 3 months. Follow-up 1 ~ 6 years. Results: 51 cases were cured and 21 cases were relapsed. The cure rate was 70.8%. Conclusion: This method can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of nasal polyps and eliminate the symptoms of sinusitis, such as purulent nasal discharge, headache and so on. Efficacy than conventional simple nasal polyps removal lasting.
