《江苏机械》,1980.9,第4期,29—41页。随着发动机功率与转速的提高,排气阀的工作温度和耐蚀性要求也相应地提高。目前,我国排气阀广泛采用的4Cr9Si2、4Cr10SiMo等马氏体型阀门钢已远远满足不了使用要求,5Cr21Ni 4Mn 9N(即21—4n)钢是一种奥氏体型较为经济的节镍排气阀材料,在700℃以上具有较高的高温强度、高温硬度以及优良的抗氧化铅腐蚀性能。通过对5Cr21Ni 4Mn 9N的不同温度固溶处理后对气阀电镦、高温瞬时强度和持久强度的影响,得出以1100℃ 3小时水冷不完全固溶处理性能最为优良,解决了我国5Cr21Ni4Mn9N钢试制中一个重要关键,为5Cr21Ni4Mn9N钢正式转产创造条件。
