散热管系汽车散热器的重要零件。由于发动机冷却水流经管内并进行热交换,所以要求散热管有良好的密封性、耐腐蚀性和导热性。目前国内外汽车散热器所采用的散热管,按制造工艺分为锁缝管、无缝管和高频对焊管三种(图1)。但应用较普遍的是锁缝管。锁缝管密封性的好坏,除与材料因素有关外,尚与锁缝的结构和钎料在锁缝内的流动有密切关系。所以这里参照国外有关技术並结合我厂生产实际,探讨一下锁缝管结构问题。 Heat pipe car radiator important parts. So here refer to the relevant foreign technology and the actual production of our plant to explore the lock seam pipe structure.
