施工企业成本控制的核心是工程项目成本管理,工程项目成本管理主要是对项目实际消耗的人工费、材料费、及其间接费用的管理,其中:人工费主要包括主体人工费和零星人工费;材料费主要包括钢筋、水泥、石子、沙子及砖等;间接费用主要包括机械费,运输费、办公费,业务招待费等。下面对我公司施工的工程项目成本管理中实际存在的问题进行分析,找出施工企业工程项目成本管理中存在的共性,对如何加强项目成本控制谈谈自己肤浅的认识。
The core of construction enterprise cost control is the cost management of construction project. The cost management of construction project is mainly the management of labor cost, material fee and indirect cost of the project, among which: the labor cost mainly includes the main labor cost and sporadic labor cost; Materials costs mainly include steel bars, cement, gravel, sand and bricks. Indirect costs mainly include machine fee, transportation fee, office fee, business entertainment fee and so on. The following is my company construction project cost management of the actual problems in the analysis to find out the construction project cost management commonality, how to strengthen the project cost control to talk about their superficial understanding.
