单片钢板弹簧是钢板弹簧总成的组成单元,它的抗疲劳寿命长短直接影响着钢板弹簧总成的质量。单片板簧的中心孔是影响板簧寿命的重要因素之一。为了了解不同的加工工艺对板簧抗疲劳寿命的影响,选用了五种不同的加工工艺,并将每种工艺的试样分成喷丸和不喷丸两种,以通过试验求得不同的加工工艺对抗疲劳寿命影响的正确评定。
