以萱草属3个野生种和84个栽培品种为试材,研究了萱草属植物类黄酮化合物与抗蚜性的关系。结果表明:危害萱草属植物的蚜虫为金针瘤蚜(Myzus hemerocallis);蚜虫密度<0.5头/cm2的萱草品种达41个,其中野生种萱草和栽培品种萱草“紫绒”蚜虫密度均为0。不同种类、品种萱草叶片中类黄酮化合物组成和含量存在较大差异,其中异鼠李素-3-O-葡萄糖-7-O-鼠李糖苷与蚜虫分布密度显著负相关,槲皮素-3-O-半乳糖苷与蚜虫分布密度显著正相关。
Using the three wild species of Hemerocallis and 84 cultivars as test materials, the relationship between flavonoid compounds of Hemerocallis and its resistance to aphids was studied.
