量化的教学评价由来已久,近年来在初中课堂教学评价中,量化的课堂观察越来越多,然而对于广大的初中教师来说,他们缺乏量化评价的技能,更缺乏相关的专业指导,他们真正需要的是如何用准确朴实的语言对课堂教学给予质性的评价。本文以初中物理为例,从质性评价优势、质性评价案例谈、质性评价的建议等三个角度阐述初中课堂教学评价中进行质性评价的重要性以及进行质性评价的操作方法,以期给草根化的质性评价以一席之地。
Quantified teaching evaluation has a long history. In recent years, there have been more and more quantitative classroom observation in junior high school classroom teaching evaluation. However, for junior middle school teachers, they lack the skills of quantitative evaluation and lack of relevant professional guidance.
