本文针对ＣＯＮＦＯＲＭ连续挤压过程，设计了一套模拟实验装置，并通过Ｍｏｒｉｅ云纹法进行了实验模拟．同时，采用刚粘塑性有限元法对ＣＯＮＦＯＲＭ连续挤压变形过程进行了数值模拟．实验结果与数值模拟结果吻合较好，从而阐明了ＣＯＮＦＯＲＭ连续挤压过程中金属的变形行为．
Aiming at the continuous extrusion process of CONFORM, a set of simulation experiment device was designed and simulated by Morie moire method. At the same time, the rigid-viscoplastic finite element method was used to simulate the CONFORM continuous extrusion process. The experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results, thus clarifying the deformation behavior of metal during the continuous extrusion of CONFORM.
