探讨环境因子与光合作用对黄芩生长发育和活性成分含量的影响。观测黄芩花果期光合生理指标、黄芩黄酮类成分日变化,记录环境参数。采用通径分析和灰色关联度分析方法进行数据分析。结果表明,光合有效辐射(PAR),土壤含水量(SWC)是影响黄芩光合作用的重要环境因子。SWC,RH,Ca是影响黄芩苷含量重要环境因子,PAR,大气压力(Po),大气温度(Ta)是影响黄芩素含量的重要环境因子。为有针对性的开展环境因子调控,实现黄芩的优质高产提供理论依据。
Effects of environmental factors and photosynthesis on the growth and development of active ingredients of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. The photosynthetic physiological indexes of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were observed, and the diurnal changes of flavonoids of Scutellaria baicalensis were observed. Environmental parameters were recorded. Path analysis and gray relational analysis were used for data analysis. The results showed that photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) and soil moisture content (SWC) were important environmental factors affecting the photosynthesis of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. SWC, RH and Ca are the important environmental factors affecting the content of baicalin. PAR, atmospheric pressure (Po) and atmospheric temperature (Ta) are important environmental factors that affect the content of baicalein. Provide a theoretical basis for carrying out the regulation of environmental factors and achieving the high quality and high yield of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
