面对21世纪国家对个性化人才的培养和需要,从小塑造是关键。小学是打造个性化的基础阶段,得从个性化阅读抓起,因此本文从语文学科的角度来深究小学语文教师如何进行个性化阅读。笔者在文中尝试针对现在对语文阅读模式化、固定化的现状,以及为了个性化而个性化的语文阅读,从整体、部分再到整体、三视角架模、点线面体构型这样的两点方法和建议进行教师个性化阅读,使个性化阅读行之有效。
