目的了解海南省医用X射线诊断卫生防护状况,保障放射工作人员、公众的健康与安全。方法按照《医用X射线诊断卫生防护监测规范》的要求检测,依据相关国家标准进行评价。结果防护措施合格率电离辐射标志为83.33%、工作指示灯为79.76%、机房面积为86.90%、通风设施为89.29%、工作人员防护用品为86.90%、患者防护用品为88.10%,其中乡镇级合格率均最低。放射工作场所和机房周围环境的放射水平均值为(0.40±2.46)μGy/h,范围为0.04~60.30μGy/h,检测点超标率为1.21%,其中候诊门最大为3.81%,其次是电缆线管口1.19%、观察窗0.95%、控制室门0.24%,乡镇级最大为3.19%。结论海南省医用X射线诊断卫生防护状况总体较好,但仍应进一步加强各级单位放射卫生防护管理,特别是乡镇级单位。
Objective To understand the health protection status of medical X-ray diagnosis in Hainan Province and ensure the health and safety of radiation workers and the general public. Methods According to the requirements of “Medical X-ray Diagnostic and Health Protection Monitoring Code”, the method was evaluated according to relevant national standards. Results The pass rate of protective measures was 83.33%, the working light was 79.76%, the room area was 86.90%, the ventilation facilities was 89.29%, the staff protective equipment was 86.90% and the patient protective equipment was 88.10%, of which the township level was qualified The lowest rates The mean radiation level of the radiation environment and the surroundings of the computer room was (0.40 ± 2.46) μGy / h in the range of 0.04-60.30μGy / h with the exceeding standard rate of 1.21%, the maximum waiting room was 3.81%, followed by the cable Spout 1.19%, observation window 0.95%, control room door 0.24%, the largest township level was 3.19%. Conclusion The health protection status of medical X-ray diagnosis in Hainan Province is generally good. However, the protection and management of radiation health at all levels should be further strengthened, especially for township level units.
