最近几年由于人类的剧烈活动,地下水被过度开采,工业活动导致气候严峻变化,我国某些地方已经开始出现了不同程度的气候反常现象,具体常常表现为降水过分集中,量大时间段;某些区域又极度干旱,终年不雨。此外建筑工程的基坑工程通常需要大量的排水,也造成了地下水位的下降,诸多因素都在一定程度上破坏了地下水的储存和循环,本文从引起地面沉降最主要因素(地下水的过度开采)和次要因素来分析和研究目前严峻形势的控制和长久计划。并提出一些建议供科技工作者参考。
