肿瘤细胞加速再增殖是影响分割照射疗效的主要因素。为评价超分割技术能否减少再增殖,作者用美国标准菌库的人宫颈鳞状细胞癌株SiHa细胞移植到重度联合免疫缺陷鼠30只。从背部或肋部注射100万个细胞,4周后肿瘤长至200~300mg。用250kV X线照射肿瘤区25Gy,10次,2次/日,间隔7h,剂量率0.4Gy/min。照射前每周测肿瘤大小2次,之后14天,每天测肿瘤,计算三维体积。腹腔注射IdUrd(碘尿嘧啶脱氧核苷)90mg/kg,24小时后注射BrdUrd(溴尿嘧啶脱氧核苷)90mg/kg,4小时
Tumor cells accelerated repopulation is the main factor affecting the efficacy of split irradiation. To evaluate whether hyperfractionation can reduce repopulation, we transplanted 30 human squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix, the SiHa cell line, into 30 severe combined immunodeficient mice. One million cells were injected from the back or the ribs and the tumors grew to 200-300 mg after 4 weeks. With 250kV X-ray irradiation tumor area 25Gy, 10 times, 2 times / day, at intervals of 7h, dose rate 0.4Gy / min. Tumor size was measured twice a week before irradiation and then daily for 14 days to calculate the three-dimensional volume.
