目的对品管圈在护理质量管理中的实践与成效进行分析。方法截取2016年1月份~2017年2月份期间本院骨科收治的110例患者,经随机处理,将本次110例患者分成观察组和对照组两组,每组55例,对照组患者在护理过程中实施常规管理,观对观察组患者在护理过程中应用品管圈管理,对两组管理效果进行比较。结果观察组患者应用品管圈管理后,55例患者中出现了1例不良事件,1例跌倒,不良事件发生率为1.8%,患者的护理满意度为96.4%;对照组患者护理过程中应用常规管理后,55例患者中出现了12例不良事件,其中5例跌倒、3例坠床、4例抑郁,不良事件发生率为21.8%,患者的护理满意度为81.8%,就两组管理效果比较,存在差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨科疾病患者在护理过程中应用品管圈可以有效地改善患者的预后,降低并发症的发生,提高护理质量。
Objective To analyze the practice and effect of quality control circle in nursing quality management. Methods A total of 110 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, 55 cases in each group.
