由于外加磁场的堆焊技术在焊接领域得到了广泛应用,本课题是此项技术在化工领域的应用,我们采用堆焊是等离子弧堆焊技术,用铁基合金粉末Fe5外加直流横向磁场,并同时通过钢材样本验证了结果,分析了不同磁场参数与材料耐磨性之间的关系,简单介绍了在外加磁场时堆焊层中硬质相的形态分布的影响因素,得到了很好的结果。
